Yorklyn Pool

A complete set of rules will be available to all pass holders.  The YRC Staff has full authority to enforce the rules and regulations and to take reasonable steps to safeguard all users of the facility.  Failure to observe the rules and regulations may result in suspension of privileges without refund.

1.  Children 12 and under must be properly supervised by a parent or responsible designee (not                  by pool staff) when on pool property, pool area, bathrooms, parking lot, tennis courts,                  play and picnic areas.

2.  Children using the wading pool must be 6 and under and be accompanied by a responsible                  person inside the wading pool area.  Children in diapers must wear waterproof                  diapers.   Waterproof diapers will be available at the     guard shack for a nominal charge.

3.  Children may swim in the pool without adult supervision only if they have passed the basic                  swimming test administered by the YRC Staff.

4.  Children who have not passed the basic swimming test may use the regular pool, but must be                  constantly attended by a responsible person in the pool with the child.

1.  Temporary house guests of season pass holders (out-of-state guests staying in your home)                  are admitted without fee during the time they are guests in your house.                                      The season pass holder must remain at the pool with the guests.

2.  Each guest, including house guests, will be allowed a total of seven visits in a season.

4.  Daily pass holders are not eligible to bring guests.
